Major/Essential Functions
In collaboration with the CME team, ensure internal/external guidelines for CME activities are adhered to and documented. Responsible for administrative aspects, including attendance tracking, logistics, speaker coordination, payments, etc., distribution of materials, and compliance with CME activities on campus. Is go-to expert for CME Tracker for the Permian Basin campus. Prepares flyers, evaluation tools, certificates, etc. for CME-approved activities. Maintain program documentation and records Maintenance and tracking of CME credit hours, including preparing reports. Manage logistics for live in-person and virtual events according to project specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Prior experience in education or healthcare administration The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting, organized, and detail-oriented individual. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work professionally and effectively with students, staff, residents, faculty, administrators, and other medical professionals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Occasional Duties
Travel to professional development conferences (1-2 yearly). Travel within Odessa/Midland, as needed, for in-person CME activities.
