Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team at Steward Health Care. As a Clinical Quality Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Stroke Accreditation program and supporting the Quality Department with general quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accreditation processes and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • Develop and maintain program protocols to support continuous quality improvement efforts
  • Conduct audits and facilitate education and training to enhance patient care outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of quality and excellence

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Quality Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Performance Improvement/Quality to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • RN License is required
  • 1 or more years of previous experience in risk management, legal or insurance-related field
  • Strong language skills, with ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
  • Additional languages preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills
