Position Purpose:
The Sr. Manager of Business Transformation leads the activities to standardize, automate, optimize and streamline financial business processes within the organization. This role will deploy continuous improvement initiatives with the foundation of ERP investments and related applications/technology for processes related to Customer Data, Order management, Pricing and Order to Cash, Accounting and other financial processes. These initiatives are high visibility projects sponsored by Accounting and Finance Leadership Team to achieve its long-term goals.
Key Job Activities:
Design, implement and execute continuous improvement and leading practice solutions for business transformation initiatives by leveraging existing technology such as SAP or any other ERP and/or other technology such as Artificial Intelligence(AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotics Process Automation(RPA), etc. utilizing broad knowledge from Subject Matter Experts (SME), best practices and benchmarking. Work cross-functionally within Order to cash, Account to Report, Purchase to Pay, Source to Pay, Collect to Dispose, Market to Quote, Customer Experience and Internal controls resources to lead and/or mature multidisciplinary end-to-end views of the organization through deep understanding on processes including upstream or downstream impacts to financial processes and drives alignment on data, technology, integration and infrastructure to achieve maximum process improvements, efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic decision making. Establish and mature financial improvements and digitalization pipeline, governance, prioritization and benefits tracking of processes opportunities using an Business Technology proposals (BTP) including business value generated post implementation. Establish an agile project implementation framework, which includes clear communication plans, disciplined timelines, effective review processes, thorough risk management, and present status updates to leadership levels and above as requested. Lead with a hands-on approach, systematically analyze and improve business processes in close partnership with the various functional areas, builds controls, documentation (SOPs, RACI, etc.) and training materials to drive resolution and change management ensuring cross functional collaboration and accountability across team members. Continue execution and support of ERP and IT deployment initiatives in a variety of roles including but not limited to design, testing, conversion, user provisioning and business readiness, hyper-care, etc. as needed. Supports integration or decommission of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from a process and technology standpoint. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.Experience:
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or Business equivalent Five plus years of business experience and system implementations preferred, demonstrating a strong knowledge of business policies, procedures and controls (GRC, ITAC, SOX) 3 or more years of business Project Management experience required, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Good general knowledge of process management is preferred Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products Must have advanced skills in building presentations following corporate guidelines Must be flexible and adjust to changing conditions rapidly, while thinking and planning-ahead to ensure the speed of business is maintained and the accuracy of information is impeccable Attention to detail is a necessary attribute as well as willingness to relentlessly challenge fellow team members to ensure exceptional work Financial and Operational business knowledge skills are required to effectively challenge current processes, while teaching and leading fellow team members Strong communication and presentation skills Strong business acumen and understanding long term outcomesLicenses and Required Competencies
SAP ECC or Hanna required RPA, AI, ML technologies preferred.Benefits:
