Product Manager, US Fashion&Fitness Catgry Excl

We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to help us design, build and develop features that improve customer experience. Working to solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories). You will be our customers' best advocate, driving ideation and articulating/quantifying the value for our customers. You will balance long term think-big vision with high-velocity short-term execution. You will work on highly ambiguous problems with stakeholders across Amazon and will be helping to drive alignment and buy-in for our vision and roadmap.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business judgement, bias for action and the desire to continuously invent and simplify. This person has forecasting and supply chain experience and should be able to drive long-term objectives for the business. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You will make hard product prioritization and tradeoff decisions, always with our customers' best interest in mind, and using data to inform and communicate your decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
