What You Will Do:

  1. Build and nurture relationships to build a strong and stable clientele for life.
  2. Exhibit consultative selling skills.
    Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  3. Take meticulous notes on all client interactions, for both in-person and phone conversations.
  4. Continuously develop product and sales business acumen to become fluent on all things BMW.
    Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  5. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles.
  6. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  7. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  8. Report directly to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  9. Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Who You Are:

  1. Prior automotive sales experience is required, luxury automotive experience is a plus.
  2. Available to work flexible hours and weekends with some late nights.
  3. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  4. Comfortable with technology and learning new software (CRM, Data-mining tools, etc).
  5. Self-starter with an ambitious and outgoing spirit.
  6. Enthusiastic about learning the BMW product line.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members.
  8. Strong attention to details while multi-tasking in your daily work.
       
  9. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment.
     
  10. Reliable while working efficiently with daily tasks.
  11. Know how to think quickly react to ambiguity.
  12. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
     
  13. Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work autonomously to schedule and prioritize your work.
  14. Take initiative to regularly assess your own performance and adapt your work to achieve better results.
     
  15. You are inquisitive with an eagerness to learn, improve and grow.
  16. You believe in what you do, feel a vested interest in the company’s success.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.
Generally, work is performed Monday through Saturday with Sundays and one other day off during the week.
You’re required to work on Saturdays and some late nights.
