Federal Associate Consultant

We are seeking an entry-level candidate with a solid technology background and an interest in accelerating their career. We're looking for a passionate, energetic, innovative thinker for a role with wide-ranging responsibilities across the company. This individual will play an important role in our Corporate Development team, developing the tools, practices, and technology solutions for Halvik's growth. Halvik will give you the opportunity to work with your manager to map out your career goals and your plans to achieve them. There is no ceiling to how high you can climb with Halvik
Responsibilities:
- You'll become an expert on our client's industry, customers, organization, and business objectives.
- You'll work alongside thought leaders to solve complex and critical challenges for our company.
- You'll connect and engage with potential partners and vendors to review and recommend solutions.
- You'll perform data analysis and make recommendations regarding business issues and resource allocation.
- You'll provide quality support to our organization by answering questions and maintaining open communication.
- You'll assess user requirements, procedures, and problems and help make positive changes.
- You'll contribute to proposals and solutioning sessions for new projects.
Requirements:
- You've earned a Bachelor's degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 ot higher- all majors encouraged to apply but there is a preference for some IT and/or data analytics knowledge.
- You have a positive attitude and a hunger for learning.
- You are a collaborative problem solver who puts a priority on communication and engagement.
- You can work in the U.S. for an indefinite period without restriction.
