Qualifications
Previous experience in a reservations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel property management systems. Knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Leadership and team-building skills. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
