With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to establish how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games. We are seeking a talented Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Manager with a strong project management mindset and experience in go-to-market marketing to join our Global Gaming Business Marketing Team, with a focus on earned marketing efforts. You will support efforts that spotlight key tentpole initiatives, events, and develop a content go-to-market strategy that driverse business impact through our earned and owned channels. Your work will amplify the thought leadership TikTok Gaming Marketing brings to the industry. By helping to create high-level strategies and messaging for those projects, you'll work with and guide the Gaming Marketing B2B teams to show up in truly integrated ways internally and externally. We are looking for someone who has great passion and understanding of TikTok, the gaming industry, strong project management skills and experience working in complex cross-functional organizations. Responsibilities - Lead go-to-market initiatives, with a focus earned media, in tandem with the larger strategy within the Global Gaming Team, overseeing project timelines among multiple team members and ensuring successful execution.- Manage and execute a comprehensive content calendar tailored to the gaming community, including industry reports, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, in collaboration with the rest of the gaming marketing team. - Align gaming marketing goals with overall business objectives by engaging with various teams and organizations within TikTok, demonstrating strong project management skills for complex campaigns.- Collaborate with rest of the gaming marketing team to develop impactful earned and paid Go-to-Market initiatives, including partnerships with media and the gaming industry, webinars, events, client showcases, press releases, and media strategy.- Act as a liaison between the Marketing Team and Global Communications Team, fostering strong collaboration.- Identify opportunities for communications synergy among cross-functional and global partners, ensuring a cohesive rollout of gaming initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.- Analyze and measure the impact of gaming marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Identify key influencers and thought leaders in the gaming industry for partnerships to amplify the company's products and services.- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and gaming industry trends to inform marketing recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.- Prior experience in B2B Marketing Communications, preferably in the gaming or advertising industry, with demonstrated experience working with internal PR and Global Communication teams.- Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented, impact-focused mindset and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to serve as a dot connector capable of gaining insights from internal and external stakeholders to formulate big picture ideas.- Ability to influence and inspire without formal authority, and a proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.- Strong skills in written communication for creating compelling content across various channel/formats and project management. Preferred Qualifications- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
