Summary: Lead all restaurant operations.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: $75k-$85k/year

We’re in search of an enthusiastic and dependable team player to join our 13 Coins family as a General Manager. 13 Coins is an iconic establishment that has been serving the greater Seattle area for 50+ years. We are an upscale restaurant, featuring a wide variety of menu items that are prepared in our exhibition-style kitchen. Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2+ years supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • 2+ years banquet experience
  • Knowledge of budget, inventory and scheduling
  • Leadership skills- ability to motivate and teach

Other Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management including: food, bar, labor, operating costs
  • Operations: managing service standards, delegating staffing needs, bar control, kitchen control
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance
  • Communication/Teamwork: maintain open lines of communication with all restaurant staff
  • Hiring Standards: Support restaurant orientation and initial training and lead ongoing development
  • Perform additional responsibilities, although not as detailed, as requested by Senior Leadership, Ownership at any time

The father was so touched, he gave his daughter's hand and "13 Coins" has come to symbolize unyielding love, care and concern.
