The Executive HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in project management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HVAC and mechanical projects, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (a plus).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVAC/mechanical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical engineering principles, and construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with green building practices and energy-efficient technologies.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
