Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in installation and change outs of AC units for residential work as well as light commercial work
  • Display professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Maintain a well-stocked & inventoried truck
  • Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings

Qualifications:

  • Must display honesty, integrity and transparency
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Knowledge of HVAC and experience Installing HVAC units
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Hours and working conditions:

  • This position requires work Monday-Friday or Tuesday- Saturday or Sunday-Thursday depending on the shift
  • Hours and days may vary based upon business demand
  • This position is FT, non-exempt
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
