Position Description: Greenleaf Management is a growing real estate services company specializing in residential, commercial, and NNN property management. As we grow, so does our information technology department.

The IT Support Specialist II will be responsible for responding and providing technical assistance and support to employees related to computer systems, hardware or software related issues. You will support the IT Manager by isolating problems, implementing solutions and documenting/updating internal procedures ensuring that efficiency and user satisfaction are maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial contact for technology related queries and provide technical assistance related to computer hardware, software and other technical tools.
  • Document, organize and analyze requests to prioritize as well as implement accurate solutions to address employee concerns.
  • Classify and escalate unresolved issues to leadership.
  • Configures, tests, and identifies performance problems on company owned technology (laptops, desktops & mobile devices) and office equipment, coordinates and schedules repairs.
  • Assist and collaborate with leadership on new product implementations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience/Ability:
  • Information Systems, Computer Science or related work experience or at least one year of related training at vocational school or community college.
  • Persistence and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Capacity to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of computers, electronics, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting of Windows operating systems.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace systems (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.).
  • Must be proficient with mobile device management (Maas360, EndPoint Central,ABM,KNOX ).
  • Experience with any of the following considered a plus:
  • Property Management Entrata and/or Yardi
  • Video conferencing solutions Zoom, MEET or Teams
  • VOIP and Virtual PBX systems and technology
  • Security systems cloud based access control and cameras
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and work independently to solve them.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all Greenleaf team members.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
  • This position may require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
