Qualifications and Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices. Certifications: Relevant certifications in change management or talent development are a plus.
