Job Description

A Day in the Life:

PRT is seeking a full-time, permanent Client Services Specialist to be based in Moultrie, GA at PRT Moultrie. The Client Services Specialist participates in the daily office operations to ensure the maximization of efficiency and create a positive atmosphere for customers and fellow employees. This position is responsible for many accounting related tasks as well as report creation to help analyze the company’s sales, inventories, and customer information. Creativity and innovation are welcomed to help look for ideas that make the Company operations and procedures more efficient and effective.

Key Accountabilities of the Client Services Specialist:

  • Compare, balance and Create Sales Orders in IMS and QuickBooks
  • Enter Order Adjustments in IMS and QuickBooks
  • Generate customer invoices, statements and reports
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Develop protocol procedures
  • Prepare and maintain nursery transfer spreadsheet
  • Deposit funds with online banking
  • Enter payments in QuickBooks
  • Handle customer credit card transactions
  • Maintain electronic files and correspond with customers
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork at all levels
  • Communicate with honesty, kindness and respect
  • Set targets (i.e., production, timelines) and evaluate achievement

About the team:

The Client Services Specialist reports to the Manager of Business Services.


Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ Administrative / Accounting experience or a diploma or degree in Business Administration, or other relevant field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills
  • Ability to work alone and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Regular, reliable attendance is required
