Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Will provide high quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and recruit employees to expediently fill client job orders.
  • Actively participate in account development, obtaining business from active and potential clients.
  • Assist with managing recruitment team’s goals and performances.
  • Direct and implement changes to meet the timely fill of client job orders.
  • Partner with executive and recruitment team members to develop creative practices to fill open positions.
  • Proactively recruit, update job postings, and network.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, marketing events, and conferences.
  • Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by team.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
  • Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, and trust and organization identity.
  • Desire to work hard and have fun in an engaging environment.
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to routinely meet operational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual is required (Spanish)
  • Must reside in Moultrie Ga
