HUB Parking Technology is the Business Unit of FAAC Technologies that develops, manufactures, installs, and provides after-sales services for HUB Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems. We aim to meet every market expectation by offering a wide range of solutions from one of our three Parking Systems Brands. **MUST HAVE CUSTOMER-FACING PARKING EXPERIENCE**

Responsibilities:

Attend on-site survey walks as needed for the purpose of confirming system configuration and capability based on conditions found. Assist the Sales Team as an industry and system expert, to answer and explain to customers the benefit of using TIBA or HUB systems. Manage System Requirement expectations to the customer in collaboration with the Project Management team. Engage with strategic projects until final sign off is obtained. Review and comment on system capability of technical documents required by RFP’s, RFI’s and customer inquiries. Work with the R&D, Training, Marketing and Operations teams to become system and content expert for the purpose of providing high-level, technical expertise and support for solutions to end-user customers by using a consultative approach. Respond to and complete Sales Requests and inquiries in a timely manner based on assignments by your manager. Support the sales team efforts by providing solutions and technical expertise and workflow assessment to end-user customers. Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, persistence and overcoming obstacles. Demonstrate initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information along with operating with a sense of urgency.
