The ideal candidate is energetic, with a positive attitude, likes structure, an organized work environment, and working in a collaborative team-centric office. Insurance Defense Attorney Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience insurance defense litigation
  • Ability to handle files from inception to trial
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
  • Must have a JD
  • Must be Licensed in California
  • Insurance defense
  • Malpractice defense
  • First party property defense
  • Professional liability
  • Construction defects
