Responsibilities of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

Monitor inventory levels dailyOrdering items that fall below minimum inventory levelsDetermine substitutionsMaintain equipment at accountsCustomer relationsBasic understanding of metal cutting productsSolicit sales of new or additional services or products
 

Qualifications of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

Ambitious and serious about starting your careerCollege degree preferred but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsOrganizedAble to follow proceduresStrong customer orientationAttention to detailProblem analysis and resolution skillsComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a mustAcceptable driving record required according to company guidelines

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Lifting up to 40 lbs

Working Conditions: Warehouse


Training/Certifications: N/A


Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm


Travel: 25% locally. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines


Education: High School Diploma or GED
