This company is looking for a Showroom Manager to lead their team, specializing in both commercial and residential lighting solutions. This role combines leadership, sales expertise, and a passion for innovative lighting design in a state-of-the-art environment. Utilize your expertise to influence and enhance ambient environments through unique and innovative lighting solutions. Focus: Lead and inspire the showroom team to achieve business and personal development goals. Drive sales and customer engagement through effective management of showroom operations and direct sales initiatives. Oversee financial aspects including P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and efficient resource management. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction, working closely with all internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products to provide expert advice and solutions to customers. Skill Set: Proven experience in showroom management within the lighting or related industry, with a solid understanding of commercial and decorative lighting products. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and inspiring sales teams. Strong sales background with the ability to foster relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Highly skilled in operations and financial management within a retail or showroom setting. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with efficient typing and data entry capabilities. Established network within the commercial sector and a robust portfolio of business contacts is highly desirable.
