JOB SUMMARY:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for the Creative analytics department, including development, implementation, and publication of key metrics reporting. Develop strategy to utilize historical data to drive business enhancements and improve process. Oversee the Creative Information Systems department, including all aspects of database application services worldwide. Develop strategy and implementation of plans to lead data transformation from multiple platforms to ensure viable tools to meet all Creative business needs. Thought-partner and on-going support to SVP, Finance for a wide spectrum of business matters including issue resolution, workflow follow-up, policy adherence, procedure communication, and other assignments as they arise. Oversee administrative team responsible for ensuring the team has adequate office infrastructure to maximize team effectiveness worldwide. Includes managing facilities, space planning and support services for multiple locations for both owned and leased properties. Oversee IT team responsible for purchasing, inventory and deployment of IT equipment, troubleshooting IT issues, asset management and software administration.  Establish relationships and collaborate with other key leaders and departments to ensure operational effectiveness and process improvements. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.  Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

The total team under supervision likely to exceed 30 individuals. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for business trips. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SCOPE:

Role is non-routine and involves application of general policies to frequently changing situations. A detailed understanding of technical issues is required. Scope of responsibility includes budgeting, reporting, asset management, system implementation, process design/documentation, organizational planning. Job supervises skilled positions in finance, IT, Application developers and office administration.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 

7-10 years’ experience is required; 10+ years’ experience is preferred. Prefer financial designation such as Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst; Prefer experience in project management/construction environment; Previous experience with Analytics/IT/Software Applications/Databases preferred; Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBI) required; experience with SAP and PMWeb (or other project management tool) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
