Responsibilities:

Develop overall layout and design for internal and external communications. Manage the transmission of internal and external communications. Develop overall layout and design for presentations to be used by Citi Legal’s senior management during Town Halls, senior management meetings, and in other forums. Assist with logistics for Town Halls and other significant meetings and conferences. Develop, maintain and update content maintained on internal web pages. Deliver engaging communications, presentations, and web pages that incorporate text, photos, videos and other forms of media. Help create dynamic and interactive story ideas that are truly digital first. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Legal to ensure projects meet editorial standards and business needs while balancing multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously. Utilize best practices for the full development life cycle within a complete web application, including code standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing and operations. Write tested, idiomatic, and documented HTML, SharePoint and CSS. Coordinate with content strategists, product marketers and the user interface design team to build an effective and achievable result. Coordinate with back-end developers across the firm for oversight and maintenance.

Professional and precise communication skills. Exceptional collaboration, facilitation and influence skills. Ability to successfully execute multiple high priority responsibilities simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to pick up work quickly when and where needed. Thorough understanding of asynchronous mechanisms used in the modern web development. Experience leading and influencing people across an organization using sound judgment, successful execution of strategies; and with an understanding of how to operate effectively across diverse businesses/resources. Experience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle: initiative, planning , execution, monitoring, closing. Experience in organizational management, project management, change management, knowledge management and/or strategic communications. Experience working with virtual global teams within a matrix organization.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience Expert level in MS office: Word – Excel – PowerPoint. Expert or excellent knowledge of SharePoint online: Web Administrator Level. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (good to have: Dreamweaver). Ideally previous experience and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (for the Email Distribution Tool).
