Cetera Investments is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Stock team located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in providing operational support and world-class customer service to our clients.

What you will do: 

Provide high-level operational, customer service, and administrative, sales support in our Stock department. Process physical stock, perform research on securities to determine eligibility for deposit. These processes include ensuring all necessary documents are on file for clients.  Follow the general ledger and processing accounts daily. Work on money and stock related transactions. Review reports daily. Maintain accurate and complete data on existing client files.  Respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers including registered representatives regarding account status, account changes and process. Acts as liaison between customers/representatives and institutions including banks and clearing firms. Perform various account calculations/reconciliations for stock and money.  You will partner with other team members to ensure financial professionals experience consistent, high-quality customer service. Other duties as assigned 

What you need to have 

High School Diploma  1+ years operations experience 1+ years of experience with MS Office tools
