General Duties and Responsibilities:

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

Understands and supports Compensation and Benefit programs and policies. Communicates basic information to employees. Flexible and willing to take on new tasks and duties. Exhibit excellent work ethic. Attention to detail and follow through. Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and maintains accuracy. Strong organizational abilities. ADP experience is preferable with the ability to comfortably operate the time and attendance, payroll and HRB programs. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees. Maintains confidentiality in all areas of responsibility Previous experience in Payroll and Human Resources Preferred.
