SVS Vision is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our corporate office located in Mt. Clemens, MI. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing claims according to company practices
• Processing third party billing
• Assist calls with eligibility and insurance questions
• Previous experience with health insurance preferred

• Assist in documenting internal procedures/training/education
• Provide effective and professional troubleshooting service internally and externally

• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility

Minimum Requirements:

• Must exhibit strong work ethic and be driven by positive teamwork
• Ability to focus on attention to detail and follow through
• Professional and effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
• Capacity to work well under pressure and time sensitive deadlines
• Must be comfortable & proficient in a call center environment
• Strong Data Entry & MS Office Skills
• Minimum 3 years Administrative / Customer Service experience a must
• Accounting / Insurance Billing preferred
