Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure compliance across all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) projects. The Program Compliance Manager will play a critical role in managing emergency services estimations, maintaining TPA systems, and ensuring all projects meet regulatory and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all TPA assignments and project details.
  • Ensure overall compliance with TPA requirements, including accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all TPA programs, handling communication and relationship management.
  • Provide professional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of general administrative experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in emergency services.
  • Strong knowledge of TPA software and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
