Eldridge seeks a particular individual to fill this position. The skill set(s) we are looking for are those that pertain to roofing experience, organization, door knocking and time management. This unique individual will be working directly with operations, service teams, roofing contractors and or customers.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19-$25 per hour

Job Description:

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing customer builds, maintaining site cleanliness, roofing crews, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards from our subcontracted crews. A Site Supervisor has the customer in mind, and are the “Face” of Eldridge during the roof build process.   


Project Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing customer builds from start to finish
  • Ensuring the roofing Crews maintain a safe environment for themselves and our customers
  • Ensuring the roofing crews comply with safety standards
  • Ensuring the roofing crews maintain the “Eldridge” quality standards
  • Correctly Completing the Site Supervisor Checklist.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with different software to complete reports and upload project information.
