  • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
  • All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Requirement Description

  • No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission
  • Minimum 2 years of current Special Procedures Technologist experience - REQUIRED
  • Experience in a dual lab Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology environment - REQUIRED
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
  • Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

  • Travel experience - Preferred
