This HVAC Team Manager position earns a minimum hourly base rate of $35.00/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC Team Manager

As a HVAC Team Manager. you are a critical component of our team. Main duties include growing, training, and developing a team of highly skilled HVAC technicians. In addition, the HVAC Manager will be responsible for growing and developing the HVAC department as a whole. We expect the HVAC Manager to build relationships with clients and contractors. We are not a sales-focused company, we are a relationship-focused company. We expect a high level of technical skill, a high level of customer service skills, and the ability to network and grow relationships through honesty, integrity, and communication.

In addition, you work closely with our service dispatchers to ensure appointments are created and confirmed/rescheduled using our software. You are responsible for the entire service repair process, from receiving the job, arriving on time, troubleshooting and correctly diagnosing and repairing technical issues, and invoicing the customer. Highly organized and motivated, you continually work on your own professional development and find ways to improve your process. You love interacting with new people every day, find the challenge engaging, and look forward to advancing as an employee

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HVAC Team Manager
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Universal EPA license
  • Minimum 10 years experience as HVAC Technician
  • Must have experience in leadership position or managing others
  • Must have extensive knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC industry and components
  • Experience with schedule management and project coordination required
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Valid Arkansas Driver's License
  • Maintain a reliable smartphone that can send/receive calls and texts and download apps
  • Shall be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Shall be able to push, pull or lift 50lbs
  • Shall be able to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
  • Shall have average hearing and vision in both ears and eyes.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and in all weather conditions.
  • Shall furnish own hand and battery-powered tools.
  • Shall have reliable transportation.
  • Shall be dependable to show up for work on time and responsible for completing job duties.

This position will report daily to our Little Rock, Arkansas office. This hourly position is full-time. We serve our clients from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every business day.
