Marketing Leadership Internship Creative StrategyExpert

TheMarketing LeadershipInternship is a competitive handsonprogram designed to train and evaluate seniorlevel candidates forfulltime roles within our company. This internship focuses onsocial media content creation paidadvertising on Social and Search ChannelsSEO and marketinganalytics providing realworld challengesto help you grow both your creative and strategic skills. You willwork alongside a second group of candidates focused oncomplementary marketing functions collaborating to develop andexecute integrated marketingcampaigns.
Overthe course of 24 weeks you will work on live projects withmentorship from senior marketing staff receive feedback on yourprogress and participate in a weekly evaluation process. The topcandidates will be selected for fulltime positions with a $1500startingbonus.
SocialMedia Content Creation: Create engagingonbrand content (graphics videos and written posts) for platformssuch as Instagram TikTok LinkedIn andFacebook.
PaidSocial Media Ads: Develop launch andoptimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platformsensuring they meet performance targets like increased engagementandconversions.
PaidSearch Ad Campaigns: Develop and manage campaigns forGoogle Search and PerformanceMax while learning how to optimizekeyword and audience targeting based off of performanceanalytics.
SEOImplementation: Conduct keyword researchonpage optimization and backlink building to improve organic searchvisibility as well as learning to create written content that iscompliant with Googlespolicies.
MarketingAnalytics: Analyze the performance ofmarketing campaigns using datadriven insights and makerecommendations for improving ROI conversions and customeracquisition.
CollaborationandStrategy: Work with marketingstrategists to align creative content with overall business goalsand optimize campaigns forperformance.
RequirementsQualifications:
Pursuinga degree in Marketing CommunicationsAdvertising or relatedfield.
GPAof 3.3 orhigher.
Relevantcoursework in Digital Marketing SocialMedia SEO Paid Advertising orMarketing/DataAnalytics.
Experiencepreferred in contentcreation social mediamanagement or marketing campaignsthrough internships freelance work personal projects or schoolorganizations.
Demonstratedcreativity attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to newand constantlyevolving marketing tools andplatforms.
