The Marketing Leadership Internship is a competitive handson and immersive program designed to prepare highachieving seniorlevel candidates for leadership roles within our dynamic company. This 24week internship is focused on key areas of modern digital marketing including Social Media Content Creation Paid Advertising on Social and Search Channels SEO and Marketing Analytics. This program offers realworld marketing challenges that will hone both your creative and strategic capabilities.

Youll be joining a collaborative environment working alongside another team of candidates with complementary marketing functions. Together you ll develop and execute innovative integrated marketing campaigns designed to maximize brand reach and engagement. This role is ideal for forwardthinking adaptable individuals eager to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with our senior marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging onbrand content across platforms like Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Facebook including graphics videos and written posts to strengthen brand presence.

  • Paid Social Media Ads: Design launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media channels to meet performance goals like audience engagement clickthrough rates and conversion optimization.

  • Paid Search Ad Campaigns: Work on Google Search and PerformanceMax campaigns mastering keyword and audience targeting techniques to drive measurable performance improvements.

  • SEO Implementation: Conduct keyword research onpage optimization and backlink strategies to boost organic search visibility and produce content that aligns with SEO best practices and Googles guidelines.

  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to enhance ROI customer acquisition and campaign effectiveness working with data to make strategic recommendations.

  • Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with marketing strategists to align creative and strategic content with business goals optimizing campaigns based on realtime performance data.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or a closely related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Relevant coursework in Digital Marketing Social Media SEO Paid Advertising and Marketing/Data Analytics
  • Experience (internships freelance work personal projects or leadership in school organizations) in content creation social media management or campaign execution
  • Strong creative abilities attention to detail and the agility to work with emerging marketing tools and trends
