Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
  • Financial accountability
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation at all times
  • Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Run efficient and organized BOH operations


Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate has strong corporate restaurant systems experience and experience with 2M or higher in sales
  • Strong leadership skillset and highly organized in running BOH operations
  • Must have strong experience managing finances (costs and labor) and a passion for solving problems
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion, ability to create a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Desire to grow with a growing restaurant group
  • A Culinary degree is ideal but not mandatory if candidates has strong cooking & leadership experience
