We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our pioneering dining concept in Bath. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the entire kitchen operation and your team, ensuring success by working within set food and wage costs, planning new menus, and implementing and maintaining procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

  • Creative mind, excellent planning, and organizing skills.
  • Calm under pressure, with attention to detail.
  • Able to take initiative and lead a successful team.
