Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide support for disciplines, project teams and management Responsible for document coordination processes Manage files and processing of documents aligned with client processes Receive documents from project team, vendors; route per client guidelines Enter revisions and distribute per guidelines Ensure transfer of engineering/construction documentation into client facility and/or engineering Ensure documents are included in main library Identify final documents and ensure they are included in project closeouts

Requirements

Qualifications/Education:

High School Diploma required College Degree or Technical School Certification preferred Minimum (3) years’ experience in Records Management position Experience working in EPC environment is preferred Proficient utilizing MS Office Suite Proficient utilizing EDMS platform
