Key Objectives of the Position:- Assist clients by welcoming them, managing appointment schedules, and keeping accurate records and accounts. Engage with clients and visitors both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone.
- Support healthcare providers, staff, visitors, and clients with professionalism.
- Oversee clinic supplies and equipment.
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels and timely procurement.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner.
- Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage mail, shipments, and documentation.
- Guide clients with forms and necessary paperwork.
- Maintain electronic health records and files securely.
- Protect the confidentiality of all client information.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and facilitate communication among staff.
- Follow established protocols and procedures diligently.
- Assist with client admissions and treatment processes.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping within designated timeframes.
- May require travel between locations and occasional overtime.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and medical coding practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Organizational, administrative, and planning competencies.
- Self-driven and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Proficient documentation, communication, and IT skills.
- Commitment to excellence in healthcare.
