About the Role

In this role, you’ll help lead the 0-1 development of new business cases/products. You’ll set strategy for what bets we invest in, dive deep into the data to track and drive results, and work with a cross-functional team to take ideas from the drawing board to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing our strategy & go to market for new initiatives - finding ways to improve the business, drive growth, and improve quality while also finding opportunities to reinvest cost savings from our businessSetting and owning business metrics and developing plans to improve performanceOwning day to day execution on initiatives that enable us to achieve our vision and north starsWorking cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, to improve our profitability, enable growth, and influence the progression of our business
