Seasonal Retail Customer Service Team Member

Offrir un service à la clientèle amical, aider les clients à magasiner dans notre magasin et à trouver ce qu'ils recherchent. Veiller à ce que tous les clients bénéficient d’un passage rapide et amical aux caisses. Effectuer le déchargement des livraisons par camion et les tâches liées à la présentation de la marchandise dans tout le magasin, y compris le maintien des normes de rangement du magasin afin de respecter les promesses de notre marque.
Activités principales
Aider les clients à faire leurs achats, à trouver le produit qu'ils recherchent et à trouver des solutions. Offrir une expérience rapide et courtoise aux caisses et manipuler l’argent selon les normes. Sensibiliser les clients aux avantages du programme de récompenses et effectuer les inscriptions. Mettre les clients au courant du sondage Voix du client (VDC). Aider avec les processus omnicanaux, y compris les commandes AEL/REM (achetez en ligne, ramassez en magasin) et les commandes expédiées à partir du magasin (EXP/M). Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme (POG). Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l'entretien, y compris le processus de retour de la marchandise, replacer la marchandise sur les étagères et du rangement général du magasin, afin d'assurer un magasin où la marchandise est bien présentée et en stock. Effectuer les tâches d’optimisation des stocks en magasin (OSEM) et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires tel qu’assignées. Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité. Respecter les Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables, mettre en pratique les politiques et les normes de l’entreprise. Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.
