Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Drive Decision-Making: Use coding, analytics, and advanced modeling to understand project success, areas of opportunity, and make informed, strategic business decisions. Strategic Leadership : Present weekly to the SVP of Retention Marketing and other high level executives to gain alignment on business direction and to implement effective strategies. Maximize Customer Lifetime Value: Develop and deploy monetization, marketing, retention and upsell strategies to increase the profitability of our customer base, improve engagement, and ultimately reduce churn for DISH and Sling. Creative Business Development : Think creatively and analytically to drive revenue and cash flow for DISH and Sling. Lead the strategy to upgrade customers to the latest equipment, increase profitability, and drive engagement with the DISH and Sling products. Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree (4-year) with interest that demonstrates logical thinking. 2+ years of experience in a data-driven analytics or strategy role
Skills and Qualifications:

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
