The role of the Executive Technology Support (ETS) Technician covers multiple areas:
Provide IT support for corporate leadership and others as designated. Support covers end user devices, mobiles devices, AV equipment, applications, security tools, communications services and other areas as required. Participate in the evaluation of new devices, tools, and services to improve the effectiveness of the IT experience. Coordinate with other support teams to assist with problem resolution and other related customer service initiatives. Perform “smart hands” functions to assist the dedicated team to help identify / resolve problem tickets. As required, be available to travel to assist senior leaders both in transit and with off-site activities. Other assigned / delegated tasks.Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years in IT Support. Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT Experience. Minimum of 5 years of IT security knowledge. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with senior level colleagues.Tenet Healthcare complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
