Preferred experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank and credit card transactions
  • Reconciliation of bank, credit card and investment accounts
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Process expense reimbursements with supporting documentation for invoices and receipts
  • Print and email checks as needed and record invoices using Bill.com and QuickBooks
  • Maintain strong communication with internal staff as well as vendors
  • Efficiently address issues and inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience at the Staff level
  • Experience with Excel, Quickbooks and Bill.com preferred
  • Strong work ethic and proactive, positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
