We are currently seeking a HR Data Analyst located in Fort Worth, Texas. The HR Data Analyst synthesizes large amounts of data to ensure accuracy, identifies trends and crafts impactful stories to share with business leaders.


What You Will Do:

Contributes to operational excellence by efficiently and accurately executing processes such as payroll administration through Kronos and Workday auditing and reporting.

Provides an excellent service experience when interacting with internal and external customers.

Develops expertise across HR operational process areas and supports the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

Supports the maintenance of an HR Operations knowledge database and the gathering and reporting of HR operational metrics.

Degree Requirement

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Data science background with strong system capability is preferred. The role handles large amounts of data, report generation, and data analysis capability. Experience with payroll processing, time & attendance systems is a plus.
