What you'll be doing:

The Customer Experience Specialist is our resident expert, providing education and offering comprehensive guidance and assistance to enhance our customers' mobile experience. In this role, the Customer Experience Specialist will navigate the intricate world of technology with our customers by setting up and providing on-going education and support for devices, troubleshooting, network support, and data transfers.Additionally, the Customer Experience Specialist collaborates with the entire team to foster a personalized and inviting atmosphere, prioritizing the satisfaction of our valued customers.

Welcome every guest into our retail stores with positivity and kindness to create an extraordinary first impression.Educate our guests on how to use and navigate their device, ensuring they are knowledgeable on how their device and/or services function.Listen attentively to our guests needs to determine appropriate Level 1 troubleshooting on device and/or services.Typical Level 1 troubleshooting includes cleaning device, Bluetooth setup, reset/restore devices, software updates and general app/software related questions.Provide assistance in transferring data, contacts, pictures, and other phone content from devicesAnswer billing or any other questions as needed to satisfy any customer inquiries, understand direction to take if solutions are not known.Assists guests with insurance claims, loaner devices, voicemail setup and/or provisioning of handsets.Knowledgeable on our full product offerings and services, being the resident expert for all Cellcom and Nsight offerings.Ability to learn and navigate our systems to assist in troubleshooting processes, selling out products and/or services as needed.Assist in cycle counts and month end inventory counts.Complete administrative tasks including loaner certification, receiving inventory, managing shipments, and other additional related duties as requested or required.
