Roles and Responsibilities: • Monitor and resolve issues with Oracle Workflow and AME specifically for Oracle HRMS Self Service.• Enhance and optimize business processes utilizing form personalization, OAF personalization and Oracle Workflow.• Modify Payroll processes to meet new rules and regulations by setting up global values, balances, modifying Fast Formulas, creating new deduction or new earning.• Provides support, troubleshooting and upgrades for various software; develops and supports interfaces between applications; researches and maintains data integrity; and utilizes development tools to maintain applications, interfaces and reports.• Creates, debugs and runs SQL scripts to conduct data analysis, accuracy validation and data maintenance. Job Requirements Skills and Technologies: MUST have excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate with the business daily. • Extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite preferably 12.2• Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS suite platform (Application Object library, Open Interfaces, APIs, Flexfields, Custom Library, Forms Personalization, OAF Personalization, Alerts, Oracle Workflow, Oracle AME, OA Framework)• Experience on the use of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL *Loader Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, Shell Scripting• Experience working with various Oracle modules: Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Financials, Projects, Inventory, Order Management ** Day to day work, support and MUST be able to do customizations.
