2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm)

Hourly base rate and $3 shift differential for working off shift.

The manufacturing associate will be responsible for working in our Dry Film lab. They will use a laminator machine to imprint artwork onto large copper sheets through a process similar to photo development.

Duties and responsibilities:

Cleaning and surface preparation of raw material.  Responsible for handoff of prepped sheets and strips from the lab to electroplating. Follow all company safety policies and practices.

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial lamination, printing press, or screen printing is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn new processes. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
Desire to bring a positive attitude to your team and work every day. Basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis. Stand for 4+ hours a day. Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
