Key Responsibilities:

  • Pet Wellness Advocate: Engage with pet parents to educate and guide them on essential vaccinations, preventative care, and products that enhance their pet's health.
  • Customer Engagement: Create memorable experiences by demonstrating genuine care and enthusiasm for pets, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Problem Solver: Listen attentively to pet parents' needs and recommend tailored solutions with confidence and expertise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians and fellow team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • Natural Communicator: Charismatic and persuasive communicator with a talent for influencing others positively.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Prior experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., bartender, hospitality, etc) demonstrating outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Pet Passion: Genuine love for dogs and cats, coupled with a desire to ensure they receive the best care possible.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel on weekends, with availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
  • Drive and Motivation: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivated by achieving personal and team goals.

Additional Requirements:
