Foxit Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities for Solutions Engineer •Designing and implementing technical solutions: Solutions engineers are responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of their clients. Work closely with Sales professionals within the company to ensure progress and implementation of customer solutions is successful.•Collaborating with clients: Solutions engineers work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and to develop solutions that meet those needs. They may be involved in gathering and analyzing data, creating project plans, and presenting proposals to clients.•Troubleshooting and debugging: Solutions engineers may be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging technical issues that arise during the implementation of a solution. They should be able to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.•Providing technical support: Solutions engineers may be responsible for providing technical support to clients, including answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting with the maintenance and operation of a solution.•Assist other departments within Foxit in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team•Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience•Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve•Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
Qualifications for Solutions Engineer •Software sales and leadership skills are preferred•Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred• Up-to-date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures•Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture•Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes•Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems•Professional work experience in analyzing computer software•Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan For US candidates: Foxit Software Inc. participates in E-Verify in GA and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
