TermitesWe are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team as a full-time Termite Appointment Setter This is a full-time remote position. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.
Compensation: $16/hr + commission
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Varied, 40 hours a week. Weekends required.

Responsibilities include:
Generate outbound calls to existing customers to set appointments for termite inspections.
Communicate with customers effectively.
Develop a good relationship with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
Ability to diffuse and resolve the situation with upset customers.
Set and meet goals and objectives set by leadership team.
Perform welcome survey and update payment method in the company system.
Schedule appointments and updating subscriptions in Pest routes.
Creating a new subscription in Pest routes profile
Scheduling the initial appointments with customers
Responsible for customer follow-up
Improve sales skills to Increase sales success rates.
Perform other related job duties assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Degree
Entry level Microsoft 365
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
A quiet and distraction-free working space
Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
Jitter below 20 milliseconds
Dedicate full attention to job duties during working hours.
