Our Client is a fast growing Home Remodeling Company . We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to drive company revenue. If you are passionate about community engagement, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess storm damage, understand their roofing needs, and establish rapport.
  • Estimation: Create accurate and detailed estimates based on the assessment of roof damage, taking into consideration materials, labor, and associated costs.
  • Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and advocating for fair settlements.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of roofing products and services.
  • Client Education: Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and the benefits of our services, ensuring a clear understanding of the value we bring.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance MTM's reputation and foster repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and understand roofing damage.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
