Benefits:Central Baptist Village offers full-time employees benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, flexible spending, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday  8:30am-5pmStarting wage : $15.25/hr
Requirements: 
  • Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors
  • Act with integrity by providing high quality, enjoyable, and engaging programs and special events to CBV’s residents
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes
  • Promote innovation through creative approaches to connecting with residents engaging and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading a variety of programs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
