EquipmentShare is searching for a District Project Manager - Advanced Solutions for our Pump Division in our Northeast Region. 

We’re seeking a District Project Manager - Advanced Solutions who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain all compliance regulations related to positionMust be able to train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledgeTravel to all Pump locations in District 6 (Northeast) to help set up correct proceduresWorking knowledge of current fleet in all locationsMust stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleetDevelop multi skill level Pump Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service MechanicsAssist Project Specialist in technical sales applicationsEngineer and manage large projects

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience facilitating training (in the classroom or the field) requiredPast project management/job foreman experience Must be a subject matter expert in Pump, Power and HVAC equipmentExcellent communication skillsThe ability to act quickly and make decisions on company’s behalfMust exude leadership skills and serve as a mentor
