Brock11 is currentlysearching for a Territory Sales Manager Building Envelope for aclient that is a global formulator and manufacturer of specialtycoatings adhesives and sealants serving the construction andindustrial end markets. This position will cover the Chicago andIndiana market.

As a Territory SalesManager you will be supporting the roofing and waterproofing brand.The Territory Sales Manager will facilitate create and managedistribution and contractor relationships in the assignedgeographic region. You will maintain service and implement productknowledge and training throughout all levels of interactions aswell as attend contractor and/or distributorevents.

In this role you will beresponsible for the following:

  • Working with contractors and commercial salesat distributors to drive pull throughsales;
  • Routine distribution visits to reviewproduct sales inventory and merchandisingpromotions;
  • Work with outside sales reps tomaximize opportunities;
  • Facilitate trainingprogram with contractors and distribution partnersmonthly;
  • Conduct inperson PKclasses;
  • Develop and maintain relationshipswith distribution sales teams;
  • Attend anddevelop distribution Contractor Events;
  • Followup on Special Order quotes as well as Purchaseorders;
  • Achieve sales targets to meet companyobjectives;
  • Partner with all company ownedbrands and sales teams to ensure the best possible service andeffective communication is happening to fulfill orders in a timelyand accurate manner;
  • Perform other dutiesassigned by the Sales management team.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree with a minimum of 3 yearsexperience as an accounts manager orsimilar.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM andMicrosoft office suite.
  • Indepth knowledge ofclient relationship managementstrategies.
  • Proven ability to learn thenarticulate the distinct aspects of products andservices.
  • Proven ability to position productsagainst competitors.
  • Excellent listeningnegotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Organizational and time managementskills.
  • Ability to be in the field 4 out of 5days/week.
